In general, all data sources and formats are supported. There are predefined connectors for many systems that allow Engine to connect to them. If no connector is available, a user-defined solution can be set up.

Cloudomation Engine supports a variety of connectors for seamless integration across multiple platforms and tools:

AWS, FT, FTPS, Git, Google APIs, HashiCorp Vault, IMAP, Kubernetes, LDAP, MS Azure, MS Azure AI, MS SQL, MySQL, MS Teams, OAuth 1 & 2, OpenAI, Oracle SQL, PostgreSQL, Powershell, Redis, REST, SCP, SMB, SMTP, SOAP, SSH, WebDAV, XML-RPC

If no connector is available, a user-defined solution can be set up.

If an error occurs, Cloudomation Engine offers integrated error handling mechanisms. These include intelligent retry mechanisms, save points and an immediate notification. Errors are logged in a traceable manner. User-defined actions can be defined to manage errors, such as triggering alternative actions. Further information on error management can be found in our documentation under “error handling”.

The biggest difference is that even complex requirements can be mapped with Engine. With many other tools, you are limited by a GUI that only allows certain inputs (for example, a predefined scheduling without individual customization options). With Engine, you can create workflows with Python that are precisely tailored to your use case. If there is no Python knowledge in your company, we will be happy to take over the implementation based on your requirements.
